Cuyahoga Falls Parks and Recreation Department offers several indoor meeting locations throughout the city. All fees are due at time of reservation. Key deposit will be refunded after the reservation date unless key isn't returned, originally scheduled times are not adhered to and/or the condition in which the lodge is left in deems otherwise.

Galt Park Lodge

Located at 2000 Oneida Avenue. The lodge is heated but not air-conditioned. A full kitchen and restrooms are located downstairs. Ceiling fans are located upstairs.  Please note that the fireplace is non-operational at this time.

Rental Fees

Monday – Thursday - 10 a.m. - 10 p.m.

  • Resident Rate: $150 due at reservation
  • Non-resident Rate: $200 due at time of reservation

Friday – Sunday - 10 a.m. - 10 p.m.

  • Resident Rate: $250 due at time of reservation
  • Non-resident Rate: $300 due at time of reservation

$100 refundable key deposit not included and is due at time of reservation w/daily fee.


Lions Park Lodge

Central to the city at 641 Silver Lake Avenue. The lodge is air-conditioned and heated and has a gas fireplace. A full kitchen and restrooms are located on the main floor.

Rental Fees

Monday – Thursday - 10 a.m. - 10 p.m.

  • Resident Rate: $250 due at time of reservation
  • Non-resident Rate: $300 due at time of reservation

Friday – Sunday - 10 a.m. - 10 p.m.

  • Resident Rate: $350 due at time of reservation
  • Non-resident Rate: $400 due at time of reservation

$100 refundable key deposit not included and due at time of reservation w/daily fee.


Northampton Town Hall

Located at 851 W. Bath Road next to Fire Station #4 (by the corner of Northampton Road and Bath Road). The lodge is heated and air-conditioned. An ADA-accessible bathroom and outdoor ramp are located on the main floor (upstairs). A kitchen with a sink, counter space, and a refrigerator are located downstairs (no microwave, stove, or oven). Seats 50 people upstairs.

Downtown Pavilion

Downtown Pavilion

The Downtown Pavilion (2085 Front Street) is reservable to Cuyahoga Falls residents only, Friday-Sunday. The space accommodates up to 120 people and has a small kitchenette (refrigerator and sink; no freezer, oven, or microwave). Alcohol is allowed but requires the hire of an off-duty Cuyahoga Falls police officer for an additional fee.

Rental Fees

Friday – Saturday - Noon - 11 p.m.

  • Rate: $1,500 for all day rental

Sunday - Noon - 10 p.m.

  • Rate: $75/hour with a 3-hour minimum

$200 refundable key deposit not included and due at time of reservation w/daily fee.


The Natatorium

Reservations

Reservations must be made 2 weeks in advance and may be made up to 1 year in advance.

Refunds

Reservations canceled six months or more prior to the reservation date receive a 90% refund; less than six months notice receives a 50% refund.

Alcoholic Beverages

Lodges: No person will bring into, keep, carry, serve, or drink any beverage containing alcohol inside or outside the premises.

Downtown Pavilion: Alcoholic beverages are permitted inside the building and the sale of alcohol is strictly prohibited. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted outside the building. An off-duty Cuyahoga Falls police officer is required for events with alcohol at the renter's expense. For more information on hiring an off-duty police officer, click here.
