The Cuyahoga Falls City Council conducts weekly business at 6:30 p.m. on the first, second, third and fourth Mondays of each month.

These meetings take place at the Natatorium located at 2345 Fourth Street and are open to the public.

Council's committee meetings are held during council meetings on the first and third Mondays of each month, beginning at 6:30 p.m., meeting only when pending committee business is at hand.

Meetings do not take place in August due to summer recess. If a meeting falls on a holiday, the meeting will take place at the same time on the next business day.


Public Participation

The public is encouraged to attend and may participate in council meetings.

Any person wishing to address council must notify the President of Council Russell Balthis at least 12 hours prior to the council meeting at which the citizen wishes to speak, specifying the topic or topics to be discussed.

In addition, any person may address Council regarding matters pending before council during committee meetings for up to three minutes. Refer to the Council Rules for more details.

The agendas posted here are the official Council and Committee agendas prepared by the Clerk of Council.

The "Packets" are the Law Department's report of all pending legislation, with full text of legislation introduced on the corresponding date. The packets provided in this section allows for the public to ascertain information on intended points of business at future council and committee meetings.
