Record requests may be made online or by phone. Once the report is pulled, it can be emailed directly to you, or you may pick it up in the police department.
Local Record Check
The Local Record Check is a release form which allows a person to receive all personally associated records. It must be filled out in its entirety and submitted to the records clerk. For a more complete arrest or conviction record information, you must contact Ohio Bureau of Criminal Identification and Investigation
