Roll-Off Service Information and Rates
Planning a larger cleanup project? The City's Sanitation Department offers 10-cubic-yard and 15-cubic-yard roll-off dumpsters for residential, landlord, and contractor use for larger clean-up projects.
Weekly Residential Rate
- 10 Cubic Yards - $300.00
- 15 Cubic Yards - $370.00
Weekly Landlord and Contractor Rates
- 10 Cubic Yards - $365.00
- 15 Cubic Yards - $440.00
Rental Information
- Rentals must be scheduled in advance.
- Dumpsters are delivered for a seven-day rental period, with pickup scheduled on the eighth day.
- Residential trash and recycle bins do not allow for construction material or debris. These roll-off dumpsters allow for construction material and debris as they are taken to a different facility for processing.
- Hazardous waste is not permitted in residential trash, recycle or large roll-off dumpsters. Visit summitreworks.com/101/HHW to learn how to dispose of any hazardous waste.
- A rental waiver and additional information, including a complete list of accepted and prohibited materials, will be emailed when you schedule your rental.
Schedule a Rental
