Mayor Don Walters is excited to announce that the professional fireworks display originally scheduled for July 3 as part of the city's America 250 Celebration has been rescheduled for Friday, August 7, as part of the Falls Downtown Friday event series in Downtown Cuyahoga Falls.
This free community event will take place on the Downtown Plaza from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m., with the fireworks display beginning at 10 p.m. Residents and visitors are invited to enjoy an evening of live entertainment, local craft beer, delicious food trucks, family-friendly activities, and a spectacular fireworks show.
"We're excited to bring this fireworks display back to our community after it was postponed due to inclement weather," said Mayor Don Walters. "We’re grateful for the community’s patience as we worked to reschedule the fireworks, and we look forward to another memorable evening in the heart of our city.”
