Housing and Fire Appeals Board

Notice is hereby given that the Housing & Fire Appeals Board will be holding a meeting at 5:30 P.M. on Thursday, April 23, 2026 at the Natatorium located at 2345 4th St, Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44221. 

The Board shall conduct hearings to allow a petitioner, who has been issued a notice and order in connection with the enforcement of the Housing Code found in Chapter 13 Title Seven of the Codified Ordinances of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, an opportunity to be heard and to show cause as to why the notice and order should be modified or withdrawn.
