7-13-26 MEETING CANCELLED
The Claims Commission meeting scheduled for Monday, July 13th, at 5:45pm at the Natatorium is hereby cancelled due to a lack of moral claims.
Meetings of the Claims Commission are held the 2nd Monday of each month at 5:45pm at the Natatorium, with the exception of August when City Council is in recess.
All claims against the City are referred to the Law Department. The Law Department shall transmit all claims classified as moral claims, together with its recommendation thereon, to the Claims Commission, the Claims Commission shall then hold a hearing on the claim with the claimant present.
