City Hall is closed to the public until further notice, therefore the plans, drawings & prevailing wage rates are being provided free of charge.  Please complete the Acknowledgement and email it back to the address noted.  This is important should any addenda be issued.

At the time of bid submittal, we are requiring that only pages noted in the index by asterisk (*) be provided in a sealed envelope.  An Engineering Department employee will be in the office the day of the bid opening to collect proposals.

Instructions for the Pre-Bid meeting conference call will be emailed to plan holders.
