The Records Commission meeting previously scheduled for Wednesday, October 18, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. has been rescheduled to Wednesday, October 11, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. due to a lack of a quorum.
The functions of the commission shall be to provide rules for retention and disposal of records of the municipal corporation, and to review applications for one-time disposal of obsolete records and schedules of records retention and disposition.
