Mayor Don Walters is proud to announce the eighth and final event of the Falls Downtown Fridays summer entertainment series held in Downtown Cuyahoga Falls. The event is scheduled for Friday, August 11, from 6 to 10 p.m. and will feature local music, craft beer, food, and family-friendly activities.
Shelby Olive will kick off the event from 6 to 7:30 p.m., followed by headliner Hey Monea at 8 p.m. Falls Downtown Fridays is presented by the City of Cuyahoga Falls, Western Reserve Hospital, Clear Gold Audio & Lighting, Wayside Furniture, Unity Health Network, and Radio Partner 91.3 The Summit. Beer will be provided by Missing Mountain Brewing Company and HiHO Brewing Company. The Cuyahoga Falls Chamber of Commerce Scholarship Foundation will be the non-profit beneficiary of beer sales.
"The support our community has shown to our local businesses, vendors, and non-profit beneficiaries at Falls Downtown Fridays events this summer and previous seasons is remarkable," stated Mayor Don Walters. "We hope to see you this Friday as we continue our weeklong celebration of the 5th Anniversary of Front Street's reopening."
