Meetings are held the 2nd Thursday of every month at 5:30 P.M. at the Cuyahoga Falls Natatorium.
The Board shall have the power to permit, by approval of the application of any property owner, the demolition, construction, preservation, restoration, rehabilitation of any home, commercial establishment or other structure, or new construction within the historic district. The Board shall also be an advisory body to the Planning Commission.
