The City of Cuyahoga Falls is beginning to prepare corridor studies on South State Road and Bailey Road. The purpose is to define a vision, actions, and a recommendation for the future of these significant corridors.
To complete this project, the City has retained the services of OHM Advisors, a professional architecture, engineering, and planning firm. OHM applies a unique approach when developing plans, integrating public input, market analysis, urban design, marketing and branding, and real-estate assessment into the overall recommendations and strategies of the final Plan. The goal is to create a balanced Plan informed by technical research and public opinion.
