Mayor Don Walters is pleased to announce that the City of Cuyahoga Falls and the Cuyahoga Falls Police Department are teaming up with the Humane Society of Summit County for the Paws for a Cause donation drive on Friday, August 26, 2022, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. 

The donation drive will be held at the Cuyahoga Falls Municipal Building, 2310 Second Street, in the parking lot off Stow Avenue. The Mobile Adoption Center will be on-site with adoptable animals from the Humane Society during the event. 

“The Humane Society of Summit County provides vital services to our community by caring and advocating for vulnerable animals,” stated Mayor Don Walters. “The Paws for a Cause donation drive is a great way to support the Humane Society and to help our furry friends.” 

Items Needed:

  • Canned Cat & Dog Food
  • Hot Dogs 
  • Peanut Butter
  • Dog and Cat Treats
  • Blankets, Towels, Comforters
  • Kongs
  • Nyla Bones
  • Bleach (5.25% Sodium Hypochlorite)
  • Laundry Detergent (H/E Only)
  • Paper Towels                           
  • Disposable Latex Gloves
  • Dish Soap
