Residents Urged to Limit In-Person Visits to City Hall Amid COVID-19 Concerns

Amid concerns regarding COVID-19, the City of Cuyahoga Falls is urging all residents to limit in-person visits to Cuyahoga Falls City Hall. Residents are urged to call or email to help mitigate potential exposure or the potential spreading of COVID-19. The city is taking every possible precaution to protect the health and safety of its employees and residents while continuing to deliver high quality service. Beginning Monday, March 16, 2020, all City of Cuyahoga Falls Utility Billing customers are encouraged to either utilize the Utility Billing Drop Box, located outside of City Hall, or to pay online. The $2.90 credit card processing fee is being waived to accommodate those who choose to pay online during the ongoing situation with COVID-19.
