Mayor Don Walters is proud to announce that the fifth and final event in the Falls Downtown Fridays summer entertainment series held in Downtown Cuyahoga Falls will take place Friday, September 3, from 5 to 10 p.m. Local artist Marc Lee Shannon will headline the event.

One T Entertainment and radio partner 91.3 The Summit will kick off the event from 5 to 6 p.m., followed by Jeff Klemm at 6 p.m. Falls Downtown Fridays is sponsored by the City of Cuyahoga Falls, Western Reserve Hospital, and Clear Gold Audio. Beer will be provided by HiHO Brewing Company and Missing Mountain Brewing Company. The Victim Assistance Program will be the non-profit beneficiary of beer sales. 

“Falls Downtown Fridays is the perfect way to kick off your Labor Day weekend,” stated Mayor Walters. “Please join your friends and neighbors in beautiful Downtown Cuyahoga Falls as we celebrate our local businesses, vendors, and artists with family-friendly fun and entertainment.”

Bike-N-Brainstorm

Downtown Cuyahoga Falls will host a second Bike-N-Brainstorm event with Akron Metropolitan Area Transportation Study (AMATS) on Friday, September 3, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Riders should meet at the bicycle repair station adjacent to 2085 Front Street. Bike-N-Brainstorm will feature a 7.2 miles ride followed by a brainstorming session to improve cycling in Cuyahoga Falls.
