Mayor Don Walters is pleased to announce the Cuyahoga Falls Police Department’s 2021 Toys for Tickets Program. For the twelfth year, the program will allow motorists stopped for minor traffic offenses to trade a traffic warning for a toy donation to a local charity.

“I am proud that Chief Davis and all of our officers at the Cuyahoga Falls Police Department remain committed to helping our youngest residents in need through this program,” stated Mayor Walters. “Toys for Tickets is an opportunity to remind motorists to drive with added caution during the holiday season and benefit our local charities.”

From November 26 through December 10, 2021, Cuyahoga Falls Police Officers will issue toy waivers to replace verbal warnings received for minor traffic cases. The toy waiver encourages the minor traffic violator to donate a new, unwrapped toy to a local charity. Drivers may drop off the toy at the Cuyahoga Falls Police Department, 2310 Second Street, on or before December 10, 2021.
