The City of Cuyahoga Falls Suspends In-Person Tax Assistance and Operations at Brookledge Golf Course and Downview Sports Center Amid COVID-19 Concerns

Amid concerns regarding COVID-19, the City of Cuyahoga Falls has suspended in-person tax assistance at City Hall. Additionally, Brookledge Golf Course and Downview Sports Center will suspend operations for the next three weeks beginning Monday, March 16, 2020, at the close of business.
For those needing assistance with tax questions, The Regional Income Tax Agency (RITA) call center will remain open and available for taxpayer calls at 800.860.7482. RITA also offers convenient online services at ritaohio.com.
The situation with COVID-19 is being closely monitored by city officials and guidance from the State of Ohio, Center for Disease Control, and Summit County Public Health is being followed.
