Every year the Cuyahoga Falls Fire Department organizes five 1/2 Day, week-long Safety Town sessions focused on safety education for children entering Kindergarten.

Safety Town takes place across five workdays, each week offering a morning and afternoon session. It is free to residents of Cuyahoga Falls and Silver Lake, and offers a complimentary t-shirt upon graduation. Your child will have fun and take home valuable lessons to remember and use their entire life.

Adults and teens are encouraged to volunteer for this important activity serving the children in our community.

Due to the ongoing situation with COVID-19 SAFETY TOWN HAS BEEN CANCELLED FOR 2020

Each week features a morning session which runs from 9 - 11 a.m. and an afternoon session that runs from 12 to 2 p.m..

  • Week 1: June 1 - 5
  • Week 2: June 8 - 12
