City of Cuyahoga Falls to Hold Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for the High Bridge Glens Butterfly Garden

Mayor Don Walters and the Cuyahoga Falls Parks and Recreation Department are pleased to announce the grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony of the Butterfly Garden on Monday, May 13, 2019, at 5:15 p.m. The Butterfly Garden is located at High Bridge Glens Parks, 1817 Front Street, Cuyahoga Falls, OH, 44221. The public is invited and encouraged to attend. The Cuyahoga Falls Parks and Recreation Department will be presented with a certificate from the Ohio Department of Natural Resources stating that the garden has been awarded the designation of a demonstration site for their Project WILD School Sites program.

The butterfly garden was planted in September of 2018 with a variety of native plants to attract and support the ecosystem of local butterflies and other pollinators. For more information about the garden, please call the Cuyahoga Falls Parks and Recreation Department at (330) 971-8225.
