The Girls' Softball Program is an activity organized by the Cuyahoga Falls Parks and Recreation Department.
It is designed as an instructional program intended to introduce the game of softball to girls. Open to girls ages 6-15 years old, the program will run during the summer months and will focus on introducing and mastering the fundamentals of the game. The program is divided into 3 age groups: 6-8 year olds, 9-11 year olds, and 12-15 year olds.
Practice begins the week May 29 and games will be played the week of June 19 through the week of July 24.
All practices and games are held on weekday evenings (Monday-Friday, no weekends) and take place at the Newberry and Bolich softball fields. One or two games are played each week during the season.
